Hollywood Landlords has affiliated with tenantAlert. This allows you to run
Credit and Criminal Background History for your tenant applicants. We like
this service because it is designed specifically for landlords. It provides a
simple recommendation (red, yellow or green light) that you
can present to tenants if needed. There is a two step process to begin
using this service. First you need to register with them as a Hollywood
Landlords Association member. There is a
one time lifetime fee to register. Then you may begin using the service to
run background checks on your tenant applicants as many times as you like.
